Temu Ceases All Exports to U.S. Consumers

Low-price e-tail giant, Temu, has said it will stop selling goods directly to U.S. customers from its platform that are imported from China. The announcement comes on the day the U.S. canceled the de minimis rule that allowed packages with a value of less than $800 to pass through customs with out rigorous inspection protocols or import duties.
According to BBC News, the online marketplace said sales would now be handled by "locally based sellers." with orders fulfilled from within the country. It added it had been actively recruiting U.S. firms to join the platform.
